Updated COVID-19 Guidelines

With your support and adhering to best practices, we continue to strive to ensure a safe worship environment for all worshippers at Christian Tabernacle (The Tab DC). The best way to view our updated COVID precautionary adjustments is through the prism of love. According to Luke 10:27, the greatest command is that we love God and love each other. According to Hebrews 10:25, God also desires us to assemble together and worship Him collectively; we will continue doing so in a way that demonstrates love for each other.

Our updated in-person service protocol includes the following:

● Regardless of vaccination status, continuing to wear a mask during indoor services (we will provide disposable masks to those who need one)

● Continuing social distancing requirements within the sanctuary 

● Entering through the front entrance on 11th Street and exiting through both doors

● Continuing temperature checks upon entry

● Continuing to offer hand sanitizer at the entrances of the building.

● Continuing a low-touch environment (open doors, minimal paper, appropriate greetings but sorry, still no hugs)

● Continuing to maximize on-line giving through our various giving portals

● If you have a fever above 100 degrees, have shortness of breath, aren't feeling well, have restrictive pre-existing medical conditions, or have been in close contact with anyone confirmed to have COVID-19 in the past five days and are unvaccinated, please worship virtually through one of our on-line platforms and don't attend in-person services
